```Job Overview```

Hours Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8-5, Thursday 8 to 2.

Starting pay will be based on experience.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during procedures, taking and developing dental x-rays, and ensuring the comfort of our patients throughout their visit.

```Duties```
- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Provide post-operative instructions to patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office calendar
- Perform dental receptionist duties as needed

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program
- X-ray certification required
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft software preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dental anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and infection control protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
